Marketing Strategy & Consulting

A plan your whole business can run on.

● Overview
Discuss your project

Most companies don't have a marketing problem — they have a sequencing problem.

Channels get added before the offer is sharp, budgets get set before anyone knows what a customer is worth, and reporting arrives after the money is spent. We fix the order. Strategy at Optimize Marketing Systems is a working document: who you sell to, what makes you the obvious choice, which channels earn their keep, and what success looks like each month.

Who it's forOwner-led and growth-stage companies that are spending on marketing without a clear plan behind it, or that have outgrown a freelancer-led approach.
● What's included

Six parts,one outcome.

Every engagement is scoped to your goals and budget; these are the building blocks we draw from.

  • 01

    Market & competitor review

Who you're up against for attention, what they promise, and where the gaps are.

  • 02

    Positioning & offer

A sharp statement of who you serve and why you win — tested against real objections.

  • 03

    Customer economics

Lifetime value, acceptable acquisition cost and payback window, so every budget has a ceiling.

  • 04

    Channel plan & budget

Which channels to start, scale or stop, with a monthly budget split and targets.

  • 05

    12-month roadmap

Quarterly priorities, owners and milestones your team can actually execute.

  • 06

    Fractional CMO (optional)

Ongoing senior leadership: weekly direction, vendor management and board-ready reporting.

● How it works

A clear sequence,no surprises.

  1. Discovery interviews with leadership, sales and a handful of customers
  2. Data review: analytics, CRM, ad accounts and past campaigns
  3. Strategy workshop to pressure-test positioning and priorities
  4. Written plan with budget, targets and a 90-day sprint
  5. Monthly steering sessions to adjust as results come in

● FAQ

Strategy & Consultingquestions.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

A full strategy usually takes three to five weeks from kickoff to the final plan, depending on how quickly we can access your data and interview your team.

Do you also execute the plan?

Yes. Many clients keep us on to run the channels the plan calls for. Others hand the plan to their in-house team and keep us for monthly steering.

What is a fractional CMO?

Part-time senior marketing leadership. You get strategic direction, team and vendor management and reporting without the cost of a full-time executive.
