Built for ownerswho want clarity.

Optimize Marketing Systems, Inc. is a marketing consulting and advertising firm in Los Angeles, founded by Arman Martirosyan.

● Our story

Why weexist.

Too many good businesses are sold marketing as a collection of tactics — a bit of SEO here, some ads there, a monthly report that explains very little.

Optimize Marketing Systems was founded to do the opposite. We treat marketing as one connected system: a clear strategy at the top, measurement underneath, and channels that are chosen, built and tuned for the job they need to do.

We're deliberately small and senior. Clients work directly with the people doing the work, and every recommendation comes with a reason, a cost and a way to measure it. Our office is in Northridge in the San Fernando Valley; our clients are across Los Angeles and the United States.

Founder & President

Arman Martirosyan

Arman leads every client relationship and sets the strategy for each engagement. His focus is simple: make marketing understandable, measurable and accountable for the owners who pay for it.

“If you can't explain where your customers come from and what they cost, you don't have a marketing problem yet — you have a visibility problem. That's always where we start.”

● How we work

Four thingswe won't compromise.

  • 01

    Evidence over opinion

We test, measure and let results settle debates — including our own assumptions.

  • 02

    Plain English

No jargon in reports. If a number matters, we explain what it means for your business.

  • 03

    Small, senior team

The people you meet are the people who do the work. No hand-offs to juniors after the pitch.

  • 04

    Long-term thinking

We build assets that keep paying — owned data, content, systems — not just this month's spike.

● Client notes

What clientssay about working with us.

Owners and marketing leads across Los Angeles on what changed once their marketing ran as one system.

Before Optimize, we had three vendors and three different reports. Now there's one plan and one dashboard, and I can see exactly which jobs came from which channel.

Daniel R.Owner, residential plumbing company
Van Nuys, CA

They rebuilt our Google Ads account from scratch and fixed our call tracking first. The leads got noticeably better within the first two months, and we stopped paying for searches that were never going to book.

Lena K.Practice manager, dental clinic
Encino, CA

What I valued most was the honesty. They told us which ideas weren't worth the money, and they were right. The email flows they built are now a steady part of our weekly revenue.

Marco T.Founder, specialty coffee roaster
Burbank, CA

Our CRM was a graveyard. They cleaned it up, connected the website and phones, and set up follow-ups that actually happen. Our sales team trusts the data again.

Priya S.Director of Sales, B2B logistics firm
Chatsworth, CA

Arman's team gave us a brand and a website that finally match the quality of our work. Clients mention the site on almost every call.
